How do I check in?

We offer self check-in.
After booking confirmation, we will send you detailed instructions including door access, entry method, address, and important notes.

Is parking available?

Availability varies by property. Please check the Facilities section on the listing page.

Is daily cleaning provided?

Daily cleaning is not included during your stay. Additional cleaning can be arranged for a fee.

What amenities are provided?

Towels, shampoo, body soap, hair dryer, kitchen, microwave, refrigerator,
cooking utensils, tableware, washing machine, and free Wi-Fi are provided
(varies by property).

Are pets allowed?

A. Subject to consultation (additional pet cleaning fee of ¥5,000).

What is the maximum occupancy?

This varies by property. Please refer to the accommodation details page.

Are parties or commercial shoots allowed?

No. To ensure a peaceful environment, parties, filming, and live streaming are not permitted.

Can I store my luggage?

Some properties may accommodate luggage storage. Please inquire in advance.

Can I use the kitchen?

Yes, all properties include a kitchen (equipment may vary).

How do I cancel my reservation?

Please cancel using the link in your reservation confirmation email.

When do cancellation fees apply?

A 100% cancellation fee applies starting the day before check-in. ※ Full refunds are available up to 2 days prior.

What payment methods are available?

Credit card payments are accepted.

For lodging facilities in Kyoto City, we provide:

Can I stay long-term in a whole-house rental property?

Yes, you can.
We accommodate monthly contracts starting from 1 month.

Are furniture and appliances included?

Yes. All properties come fully furnished and equipped with appliances.
You can start living immediately.

Is noise to the neighborhood acceptable?

As this is a residential area in Kyoto, noise is strictly prohibited between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
