1) Accommodation Service
  • Price: As stated on each facility page
  • Service period: Available from the check-in date after reservation confirmation
  • Payment method: Credit card / In accordance with OTA rules
2) Linen Rental
  • Price: Price list posted on the linen business page
  • Service period: Starts on the designated date after contract execution
  • Payment method: Bank transfer / Invoice payment / Credit card (planned)
3) Cleaning Services
  • Fee: Quoted individually depending on facility size and scope
  • Service period: Starts from the contract date
  • Payment method: Bank transfer / Invoice payment
4) E-commerce Products (bedding, linens, etc.)
  • Price: As stated on each product page
  • Delivery: Shipped within 3-7 business days after order
  • Payment method: Credit card
Timing of Payment
  • Accommodation: Immediate payment upon reservation confirmation
  • Linen / Cleaning: By the payment due date specified for each contract
  • E-commerce: Payment is processed after order confirmation
Cancellation Policy
  • Accommodation: Full refund until the day before check-in; no refunds thereafter
  • Linen / Cleaning: As specified in the contract
  • E-commerce: Returns are not accepted after shipment (only defective items can be exchanged)
Conditions for Service Provision
  • False applications and nuisance behavior are prohibited
  • You must comply with applicable laws and the contract terms
  • For accommodation services, the Terms of Use apply separately
