Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set forth the conditions for using the entire-house rental accommodation facility (the "Facility") operated by 乾高体育科技株式会社 (Sanjusan).
By completing the reservation procedures, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 1 (Scope of Application)
These Terms apply to all guests using the Facility.
These Terms also apply to all members of a group stay, including reservations made by a representative on behalf of others.
Article 2 (Reservations and Cancellations)
Reservations can be made through the Facility's official website, Beds24, and various OTAs (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com).
The cancellation policy is as follows:
- Until the day before check-in: Full refund
- Same-day cancellation or no-show: No refund
* For reservations made via an OTA, the policy of the booking site shall prevail.
* Refunds will be processed in accordance with the payment method used at the time of booking.
Article 3 (Check-in and Check-out)
Check-in: 15:00-24:00
Check-out: 10:00
Early check-in and late check-out require prior consultation (additional fees apply).
Article 4 (Accommodation Fees)
Accommodation fees are as stated on each facility page.
If cleaning fees, service fees, or additional charges apply, they will be presented in advance.
Accommodation fees include consumption tax.
Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)
To protect the safety and environment of the Facility and our neighbors, the following acts are prohibited
- Smoking inside the building, on the premises, or near windows
- Noisy behavior (loud voices, door slamming, loud music, etc.)
- Quiet hours must be strictly observed, especially 22:00-7:00.
- Unauthorized stay (exceeding the number of guests reserved)
- Parties, events, or large gatherings
- Use of open flames, such as fireworks or bonfires
- Bringing pets
- Commercial photography/videography or live streaming
- Damage to the facility/equipment or removal of amenities
- Illegal acts or behavior that disturbs public morals
* If any violation is confirmed, you may be required to leave even during your stay.
Article 6 (Liability for Damages)
If a guest damages or soils the Facility or its furnishings, the guest shall bear the repair and replacement costs.
The Facility is not responsible for loss or theft of valuables.
In the event of trouble with neighbors, the Facility may notify the police depending on the circumstances.
Article 7 (Emergency Response)
In case of emergencies such as fire, earthquake, water leakage, or power outage, please contact the manager promptly.
Please also confirm the evacuation routes posted at each facility
Article 8 (Handling of Personal Information)
Guests' personal information will be handled appropriately in accordance with the Facility's Privacy Policy.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)
The Facility shall not be liable if accommodation becomes difficult due to force majeure such as natural disasters, suspension of public transportation, or power outages.
The Facility is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss caused by a guest's negligence.
If these Terms are violated, the Facility may refuse continuation of the stay.
Article 10 (Changes to the Terms)
These Terms may be revised without prior notice.
The latest Terms will be posted on the Facility's official website.
